Cypraea holds a few things at once: a co-working space, a creative studio, and a gathering place. Some days you're here for the desk, quiet and steady, for exactly as long as you need it. Other days, there’s paint on your hands, learning something new next to someone else trying to be a beginner again. And some days you're just here, no project in sight, glad for the coziness and company.

Membership gives you the desk. Workshops give you the studio. The friendships tend to arrive on their own.

Women of all creative levels are welcome here, from working artists to those picking up a creative project for the first time since childhood. What matters is showing up, not showing off.

  • A steady place to cowork—laptop in hand, good wifi, espresso and tea on hand, and art supplies within reach when inspiration hits mid-spreadsheet. Member gatherings, local perks, community events, and discounts to our creative workshops are built into your membership too, so the space works for your whole self, not just your inbox. Learn more.

  • In a world full of distractions, finding moments for creativity and lifelong learning is essential. Painting, drawing, herbalism, fiber arts, flower arranging, writing, and more, taught by working artists and teachers who love a beginner as much as they love a pro. Seasonal rituals that honor the earth and practical skill-building classes that meet us where we’re at. Some workshops are a single evening; others unfold over a multi-week series. Book here.

  • The space, held just for you and your people, is available to rent for a few hours, a day, or the weekend. Bring a dinner party, a photoshoot, or a pop-up that just needs a room with soul.

    Rent the art studio to host your own class, private session, or creative offering, exactly as you envision it.

  • Our little retail nook is filled with curated & unique art supplies, creative materials, stationery, books, and work from local artists (aka our workshop instructors!). Small gems meant to spark inspiration for whatever you're working on next. A membership or day pass is not required to come shop!

  • A quiet kind of belonging that grows every time you show up. Not just coworking, but member events, creative workshops, seasonal classes, and small celebrations sprinkled throughout the year; none of them mandatory, just there when you want in. We need more IRL community, now more than ever.

Cypraea was built slowly and on purpose. Every choice, the layout, the offerings, the pace of the schedule was made so walking in could feel like a deep breath.

Here, making something with your hands counts as real work, no finished product required. Some days, that looks like a business plan and clearing the inbox. Some days it looks like wet paint on your favorite jeans. Both belong here.
